        A Domino's customer has spoken of his shock at finding a cooked fly among his pizza toppings.

    K Jatheeshanan - known as KJ - ordered two large pizzas online from Domino's in Torquay`s Fleet Walk Shopping Centre yesterday afternoon (November 14) and was nearly halfway through tucking into his Chicken Feast when he went to put a slice in his mouth and noticed something unusual on top. To his horror it was a fly, so he rang the store to report what he had found.

       On the said the report he said that ""We have used that Domino's before and three times we have had problems with the quality of the pizza - but we have never had a fly on our pizza before. The establishment received the said report and they offered a refund and a fresh replacement meal but they did not accept the offer. For me we could not know there are moments that is inevitable. For the restaurant there are mistakes sometimes that is inevitable and customers expect that they got the best customer service but to this situation they should accept the offer as a apology for the restaurant`s responsibility.


       Customer complaint of plastic pieces in raw ground beef prompts recall

        Shamrock Foods Company, doing business as Gold Canyon Meat Company, of Phoenix, AZ, is recalling  6,876 pounds of raw ground beef patties because they may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of hard, white plastic, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

        The problem was discovered after the firm received complaints from restaurant staff reporting they found hard, white plastic in the beef patty products during preparation.

           This is a kind of physical contamination in the food that is contaminated during the preparation. To avoid this kind of contamination, the establishment should replace damage equipment's. It can cause contamination as it used in the preparation. Inspect the products from the suppliers if there are contamination on the products.


            Dead lizard in salad shocks restaurant patron

            Local media in the Seattle area are reporting the a woman found a dead lizard in her restaurant salad. Maniza Qureshi reported the incident to Seattle & King County Public Health after the shocking experience with a lunchtime salad from an Evergreens restaurant.

            “No other complaints of foreign items in the salad have been received by this location. Based on the items placed in the salad, it is possible that the lizard came in one of the sealed packages of greens,” a report from Public Health’s inspector said.

            On this case both of them are exchanging word about their sides politely. The complainer talks about that the food he ate found a dead lizard and some of the arms and tails are missing and wondering if she digest it. The establishment talks about their food safety standards on food handling that from the suppliers they pay premium to ensure that the food are safe and avoid any issues. For this situation it is important that you have to stay calm and
politely talk about your complain and the respond also. Complaints are problems that can damage the image of the business which the business are having their standards to protect and provide excellent service to avoid complaints.

            A FURIOUS international traveller says she was “treated like a criminal”     when she was forced to quarantine in a Swindon hotel.

            Fernanda Russomano Ashcroft says her stay in the town was “highly traumatising and dehumanising” and explained how she lost weight and how her hair started falling out out because of the stress and what she says was poor food.
          She is accusing the government and the security guards at the hotel of breaching the World Health Organisation’s International Regulations.

            On this report, she was treated like a criminal in which the security guards at the hotel her by her room number not by her name. The staff like treated her as nothing. It is not good as the hotel staff treated the guest like this. Customers are treated well as they are important. It could been damage to the image of the hotel in which the guest will talk to the social media about her dissatisfaction. It should the complaints solved inside the hotel and give satisfaction for the guest than the first I said.


        Guest complain about roaches, foul smells at Sai Ying Pun quarantine hotel.


            Guests quarantining at a Sai Ying Pun hotel say they’re being treated to rancid smells from the bathroom, clusters of hair littered on their carpet and even cockroaches lurking by the bedside. She said she found food crumbs behind a drawer in her room, which reeked with the smell of sewage from pipes in the toilet. Cheung said that while the room was  warm and stuffy, the showers lacked hot water supply. She also saw a cockroach crawling on her computer. When Cheung complained to the Department of Health, they suggested that she change rooms.

All at zero cost. A customer complaint highlights a problem, whether that's a problem with your product, employees or internal processes, and by hearing these problems directly from your customers, you can investigate and improve to prevent further complaints in the future.
